Terms and Conditions
1. By accepting entrance to this incentive, all entrants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of which these entry instructions form part
2. The promotion commences on the 1st February and ends at the close of business on Tuesday 30th April (the “promotional period”), for Customers to submit an Order by the Omnicraft, Oil and Consumables Order Form.
3. This promotion is only available to PartsPlus Customers who are logged in to the PartsPlus App with a PartsPlus Account, a valid email address, and a live App account.
4. This promotion is only available to Customers with discount codes B, C, E, F, J, K, L, M, N, P
5. The incentive will work by Customers placing their Orders using the Omnicraft, Oil and Consumables Order Form, with the total Order being over £100
6. Each Order placed over £100 using the Omnicraft, Oil and Consumables Order Form will gain 1 entry into the prize draw
7. Orders placed on the PartsPlus App through Need a Part Form or Live Chat will not count towards this incentive
8. Orders placed using the Omnicraft, Oil and Consumables Order Form but that don’t meet the £100 minimum Order will not count towards this incentive
9. The winners will receive:
a. 1st Prize - A pair of Hospitality Race Day tickets
b. 2nd Prize - A pair of Weekend tickets and Two Formula 1 team T-shirts and caps
c. 3rd Prize - A pair of Weekend tickets
d. 4th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
e. 5th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
f. 6th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
g. 7th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
h. 8th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
i. 9th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
j. 10th Prize - Formula 1 team T-shirt and cap
10. The Prize Draw will be conducted using an online Random Name generator
11. The Prize Draw will take week commencing 6th May
12. The winners will receive a Push Notification via the PartsPlus App informing them that they have won
13. Prizes will be delivered to the Customers local PartsPlus Centre for onward distribution to the winning Customers.
14. No alternative prizes will be offered.
15. If the goods purchased during the promotion are returned during or after the promotion, the Customer will not be entered into the prize draw
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of PartsPlus and Ford of Britain will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
17. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participating Customer[s] it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
18. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, withdraw, or foreclose the promotion or these terms and conditions of entry at any time in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
19. If there is a conflict in these terms and conditions to this promotion with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising or marketing material in respect of this Promotion, these terms and conditions will apply.
